Can't find your order number?

It's in your order confirmation email and starts with #, for example #1024. You can also sign in with your email to see every order and its tracking. We'll send you a one-time code, no password needed.

How your order travels

  1. Order placed

    You'll get a confirmation email with your order number straight away.

  2. Packed with care

    We check, gift-box and pack your order within 1–2 days.

  3. On its way

    A shipping email arrives with your tracking number.

  4. Delivered

    US, UK, CA, AU and NZ: 4–12 days. Europe: 5–14 days.

Good to know

My tracking number doesn't show anything yet

It can take 24–48 hours after your shipping email for the carrier to scan your parcel and show the first update. Check back tomorrow and it should be there.

Tracking hasn't changed for a few days

Parcels travelling between countries often go quiet while they move between carriers or through customs. That's normal, and updates pick up again once your parcel is scanned in your country.

It says delivered, but I can't find it

Check with neighbours, your building's reception or mailroom, and around your door. If it still hasn't turned up within 2 days, email us and we'll sort it out.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@maya01.com right away with your order number and the new address, and we'll update it.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Every order ships free and fully tracked, wherever you are.
